Industry: Construction

Founded: 2014

Servicing Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Texas, we are a construction company with 22 years of experience. We build affordable and quality residential and small commercial structures. Our plans can easily be used for all types of residential housing and with very little adaption we can produce small commercial structures. We can build one house on a single lot, a few houses in an area, rental houses and duplexes or fourplexes, or a small community style housing quad. Our residential housing is built to be able to house people of all ages.

Our primary method of building is Panelization. We build the outside walls and roof trusses in a factory setting. Then we ship these parts to the onsite location where we can build on slab or pier and beam. If we are building a house on pier and beam the floor would also be built in the factory. This method of construction allows us to standardize our process saving on time and materials for each house built. We are also able to work on days when weather would otherwise prohibit it. Because the panels are built in a factory we are able to spend less time onsite and construct the exterior of the house considerably faster than traditional construction methods allow.

People hear about panelization and immediately think all of our house will look exactly the same. This is not true. We are in the process of developing an entire catalog of  panels to be used in our construction projects. They may all be the same height and length, but we will be able to move door and window placement at a whim. And changing the interior floor plan is even easier than that. Our goal was to create an adaptable design and we believe we have done just that.

Before moving to Oklahoma we built residential housing in the Galveston County area. This wealth of experience translates well to Oklahoma. We have an aptitude for building homes to survive in extreme weather. Oklahoma has recently passed new building regulations to reduce high wind damage to homes. Those same regulations have been in place in Texas for years and while other builders are having to implement the new building practices we are old pros.
